Python for Everybody Specialization (2022)
I completed the 5 courses in the Python for Everybody Specialization, including the capstone project. This specialization was offered by the University of Michigan and delivered through Coursera. From this specialization, I have achieved proficiency in elementary python concepts, python data structures, python in accessing web data, and using python to retrieve, process, and visualize data.
Web Design for Everybody Specialization (2022)
I completed the 5 courses in the Web Design for Everybody Specialization, including the capstone project. This specialization was offered by the University of Michigan and delivered through Coursera. From this specialization, I have achieved proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, advanced styling, and responsive design.
National Center for Women in Technology (2019, 2020)
In high school, I was awarded Aspirations in Computing awards twice by the NCWIT for my achievements as a hopeful female computer science student. I won an honorable mention for the Michigan Affiliate Award in 2019, and I earned the official Michigan Affiliate Award in 2020. Per the NCWIT website, “award for AiC recipients are chosen for their demonstrated interest and achievements in computing, proven leadership ability, academic performance, and plans for post‑secondary education.”
German Proficiency (2022)
I have completed the LSA Residential College German Intensive Language programming, including achieving German proficiency after passing 2 intensive, 8-credit courses and a final proficiency exam. Finally, I completed German Readings, which allowed me to finish the program at the end of fall 2022.
